My story…
From Rural Roots to Radical Rebuild.
I grew up in a small village in rural Ireland, where there were more cows than people and dreams often felt smaller than the horizon. My mum believed in working hard and finding security in a steady job. My dad believed in never letting anyone own you, in being the captain of your own ship. Somewhere in between, a spark was lit in me.
By nine, I’d already planned to buy an ice cream van and drive it across Australia. That sense of possibility never left.
I started my career in investment banking recruitment, helping scale a company from under half a million to over £10 million. I loved it, until the values no longer aligned. At 25, I packed my car, drove to Dublin, and started my first business. No team, no safety net, just vision and grit. Within a year, I hit £1 million in revenue and scaled to multiple millions.
Then the 2008 financial crash wiped everything, the business, my health, my confidence. I spiralled into doubt, burnout, and the darkest season of my life. But it was also the beginning of something deeper: the realisation that you can rebuild anything, and that what comes after can be more aligned, more fulfilling, and more powerful than what came before.

Outside of business, I’m a proud mum, a lover of kayaking at dawn, running, and yes, eating ice cream every single day. I believe in early mornings, deep connections, big-hearted laughs, and finding joy in the little things.
Life and business aren’t separate for me anymore. They’re part of the same path, one built around purpose, play, and sovereignty. I’ve created a rhythm that gives me space to be present with my child, my creativity, and the women I serve.
Some days that looks like client calls from the garden, barefoot in the grass. Others, it’s a long run by the water, or laughing over ice cream with my son. That’s freedom. And it’s what I want for every woman I work with: not just more money or more growth, but more alignment, more joy, and more of her, fully expressed, fully alive.
